What items can't you take?
We cannot accept hazardous materials, including chemicals, oils, paints, asbestos, or flammable liquids. Please contact your local municipality for proper disposal of these items.
Do I need to be home for the service?
While it is helpful for you to be there, it's not strictly necessary. As long as we have clear access to the items and a way to handle payment, we can complete the job and send you photos.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, Haven Haulin' is fully insured. We prioritize safety and professionalism, treating your home or business with the utmost respect and care durante every project.
Do you recycle or donate items?
Yes. As part of our professional junk removal service, we make every effort to donate reusable items and recycle eligible materials before disposing of anything. Our goal is to provide responsible, environmentally conscious junk removal throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
How soon can I schedule a cleanout?
We pride ourselves on fast response times. Schedule online or call/text us to request same-day service. Need it gone fast? We offer priority scheduling for urgent jobs. Additional fees may apply for same-day, after-hours, weekend, holiday, or emergency service, based on availability. All additional fees will be discussed and approved before work begins.
